How can I find my way around the hotel?
Use the property and floor maps below to find hotel buildings, meeting rooms, registration, stairs and elevators. The front/main entrance of Inspiration Hall opens onto the second floor at ground level. Take the nearby stairs or elevator down to the first floor for McIntosh Ballroom and Aberdeen Ballroom C. Select a map and enlarge it to review room labels.
When is the Special Ladies Luncheon?
The Special Ladies Luncheon takes place Tuesday, October 6, in Aberdeen Ballroom C. Tickets cost $65 per person and must be purchased in advance. Tickets are limited and may sell out before the day of the event, so please secure yours early. Day-of availability is not guaranteed.
What are the restaurant and room-service hours?
Restaurant and room service are available at attendees’ own expense.
- Breakfast: 6:00–10:00 AM
- Lunch: 11:30 AM–2:00 PM
- Dinner: 5:00–10:00 PM

Where will Thursday morning sessions take place?
Thursday morning sessions will be held in Room 223, Second Floor, Inspiration Hall Building. No sessions will take place in McIntosh Ballroom on Thursday so it can be prepared for the banquet.
